About the Role
We’re looking for a detail-oriented Order Processing Specialist to join a fast-growing U.S.-based e-commerce company. In this role, you’ll be responsible for processing customer orders, managing fulfillment updates, and ensuring smooth coordination between the sales, warehouse, and customer service teams.
This is a full-time remote position for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, detail-driven environment and has prior experience with order management and inventory systems.
Key Responsibilities:
Accurately process daily orders using platforms like Shopify, WooCommerce, or other eCommerce systems
Monitor order statuses and coordinate with fulfillment centers or suppliers
Track and update inventory levels to avoid overselling or stockouts
Communicate with the customer support team regarding order updates, delays, or shipping issues
Ensure that all orders are fulfilled and shipped within specified timelines
Assist in preparing reports related to sales, order volume, and fulfillment metrics
Qualifications:
At least 1 year of experience in order processing, logistics coordination, or similar eCommerce support role
Familiarity with eCommerce platforms like Shopify, WooCommerce, Amazon, or similar
Strong organizational and time management skills
High attention to detail and accuracy in data entry
Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
Excellent English communication skills (written and verbal)
Must be comfortable working in U.S. business hours
Bonus Skills (Not required but a plus):
Experience with inventory management tools
Background in customer service or VA support for eCommerce stores
Familiarity with order tracking and shipping portals
